Leadership Development with the Bath Rugby Foundation 

Bath Rugby’s Leader Development Pathway is a leadership programme for those interested in sport and helping people in our local community. 

The main aims of the development pathway are to improve leadership skills and social skills in society. We develop confident people to deliver enjoyable and successful physical activities to a wide variety of ages and abilities. One of the great aspects of the pathway is that it is flexible. Candidates can be from any background, age or ability and can complete 1,2 or 3 tiers.
