Mixed Ability Rugby Cup 2023

Mixed ability rugby is for anyone and everyone, no matter your rugby ability. Whether you want to meet new people, return to playing rugby, or simply have a bit of fun, mixed ability rugby is the answer. 

This format of rugby takes the same format as any other rugby team, but in mixed ability rugby, there's no such things as not enough experience or not being good enough. 

Taking place this April, registration is now open for team entries to our Mixed Ability Cup 2023!

Building on the success of last year's Mixed Ability Cup, this year's event promises to be even bigger with more pitches, more teams, and more entertainment - including live music from The Relayz! There will absolutely be something for the whole family.

This years tournament is hoping to see 24 teams take part, with the following spaces available:
