  • Easter BreakOut B&NES

Easter BreakOut B&NES

We believe all children deserve to have fun and make great memories during the school holidays. To make sure this happens, we’re delivering Junior Easter BreakOut in three locations across B&NES.

As in previous years, priority places will be allocated to children who are eligible to receive free school meals across B&NES.

Unfortunately, Bath Rugby Foundation was unsuccessful in our bid to receive this year's Holiday, Activity and Food funding (HAF) meaning that we will not be the lead management organisation for 2022.

This means the booking system has changed for the year and is now centralised through schools.

Despite the above blow to the Foundation, we are pleased to be supporting this year's lead organisation, Activate Management Ltd by operating three Junior, Easter BreakOut hubs for the upcoming holidays - information can be found below on ways to get involved.

WHAT IS EASTER BREAKOUT?

Working across B&NES at multiple hubs, Bath Rugby Foundation will deliver a fun and powerful package of activities including sports, exercise, craft as well as nutritious food, for all children to enjoy

WHO IS EASTER BREAKOUT FOR?

EASTER BreakOut is specifically designed for children who are entitled to receive free school meals, with hub sessions in three locations across B&NES

Junior BreakOut is open to children aged 5-11 years with hubs....

Monday 11th April - Wednesday 13th April

  • Twerton - St Michaels Junior School
  • Midsomer Norton - Welton Rovers Football Club

Wednesday 20th April - Friday 22nd April

  • Midsomer Norton - Welton Rovers Football Club
  • Odd Down - Hampset Cricket Club
  • Twerton - St Michael's Junior School

Parents can book to drop their children to one of our morning hubs where the kids will be able to enjoy 4-hours of fun, supervised activities followed by a delicious and nutritious lunch.

Five top reasons to attend BreakOut…

  1. BreakOut offers the opportunity for children to be more active, to enjoy healthy meals and to socialise.
  2. BreakOut can help to offer a childcare financial reprieve for families on low income throughout the holidays.
  3. Attendees will work with our expert hub leaders to build confidence and life skills, providing a pathway to a brighter future.
  4. Time spent at Easter BreakOut will help to improve physical and mental health, giving children a better chance when returning to school.
  5. All families will be able to access signposting towards other information and support, such as health, education, and employment, should they require it.

How to book…

All sessions are FREE to attend, simply ask your school for a voucher code that has been sent to them and redeem it here:
