Did you know that Bath Rugby fans set a record at last year’s Clash?

The huge crowd at the 2018 match donated more beer cups to charity than any other Twickenham match!

For every plastic pint pot handed back in at the collection points, Bath Rugby Foundation receives a £1 donation, so you can literally support Bath Rugby’s charity by drinking a pint of Bath Ales’ Gem or Thatchers’ cider (as long as you hand the empty cup back to us!).

Last year we raised £917 from the cups that were handed back – we can get to £1,000 this weekend, right?

We have six collection bins (more than last year) located around the stadium and we have a small army of volunteers who have given up their Saturday to help Bath Rugby Foundation. The bins will have this poster on the front:

So please, if you have a pint at Twickenham on Saturday, either keep hold of your cup and put it in the bin as you leave the stadium or hand it over to one of our staff or volunteers.

For a small charity every single pound we raise has a positive impact on the young people we work with. We are changing young lives in Bath and the simple act of handing your empty cup (after hopefully toasting a win for Bath Rugby) will help our charity on our mission.

And to get you all in the mood for Saturday...
