Congratulations to our coach, Caryl Thomas, who will feature on the bench for Wales this weekend for the opening round of the TikTok Women's Six Nations. 

Taking on Ireland at Cardiff Arms Park, Wales will look to get their campaign off to a winning start, and Caryl will be hoping to provide a huge impact as she comes off the bench in the number 17 jersey. 

Caryl has been juggling her fantastic work at the Foundation whilst training in Ioan Cunningham's Six Nations squad and has put her hand up for selection for the opening fixture of the tournament. 

The prop will be looking to add to her 63 international caps over the course of the campaign and is one of the most experienced players in the Wales Women's squad.
