We work with young adults across all our delivery areas.

The focus of the HITZ Learning Academy is to enable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) to move forward, whether it is to further education or take the first step into a life of employment.

We have seen amazing success stories from young people who have joined the HITZ programme after leaving school - an openly admitting that school did not suit their educational needs.

Read about the experiences of Ben Bradley and Jade Whale after joining us at Bath Rugby Foundation.

Our Hi5! Inclusive Sports Club is open to young adults up to the age of 25 with many who pass this age then volunteering their time to assist younger club members.

In November 2018 Bath Rugby Foundation teamed up with Bath Rugby Ladies to launch a new Mixed Ability rugby team for women aged 17 and above.

The Bath Rugby Foundation doors do not close when young people finish their programmes. One of the great joys our coaches experience is a former participant walking into our office to tell us how they are getting on.
