Bath Rugby Foundation are seeking an adaptive practitioner to lead its Secondary School based re-engagement programme in Bath and North East Somerset and support delivery with its Mixed Ability Rugby teams.

This will be followed by rugby based led sessions, celebration events to recognise the achievements of the young people, and opportunities to transition into a community hub or sports team to offer sustainable support.

Whilst being able to adapt, the successful candidate will believe in accessing support from others to problem solve, create ideas, and be intrigued by finding ways to evidence what they are doing daily is working.

Sessions will remain safe and calm, no matter the behaviours that are presented and young people are challenged in ways that can show best practise in behaviour management in a non-traditional way.
