Terms and Conditions and Prizes:

Participation in this raffle costs £3 for one single entry and £10 for five entries. There are no restrictions to the number of entries one person can make. Payment for participation in the raffle is be made by payment on the Bath Rugby Foundation website. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.

Bath Rugby Foundation online raffles are open to residents of mainland United Kingdom only (this excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands) except agencies and other companies having any connection with the production of the raffle, as well as relatives of such persons.

Employees of Bath Rugby Foundation and Thatchers Foundation, and members of their households, are ineligible to enter this raffle. Any tickets bought in the name of a staff member from the above-mentioned companies or any members of their households will be rejected from the draw and considered as donations to Bath Rugby Foundation and Thatchers Foundation.

The prize draw is open from 12:00 hours on 16 September 2020 and closes at 17:00 hours on
12 October 2020 inclusive. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

38 individual prize winners will be selected at random. Each winner will win the following prize:

• 1 (one) limited edition bottle of Farleigh Cider signed by a member of the Bath Rugby first team squad as of 1st September 2020.
• 4 (four) 440ml cans of Thatchers Gold

The signed bottles will be selected and paired with a winner at random. The prize cannot be exchanged for other brands of Thatchers Cider, for a different player’s signed bottle or for any alternative cash value. 

Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 18 years of age. Any money received after the closing date will be used to help fund the work of the Bath Rugby Foundation and Thatchers Foundation. Winners' names, photos and comments may be used to promote future draws.

Bath Rugby Foundation accepts no responsibility for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

Bath Rugby will contact winners on behalf of Bath Rugby Foundation. Winners will be notified by email no later than two weeks after the draw date and must send proof of age prior to delivery. All entrants consent to Bath Rugby contacting them directly with regards to the prize draw. Where Bath Rugby is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for one month following Bath Rugby’s first attempt to notify the prize-winner, Bath Rugby Foundation may apply the prize as it sees fit, including selecting an alternative winner.

Delivery will be within 14 days of the prize winner confirming their delivery address. Thatchers are responsible for the delivery of all prizes and will only deliver to addresses within Mainland UK. Thatchers will not sell or deliver alcohol to persons under 18 years of age and proof of age may be required upon delivery. The total number of Farleigh Cider bottles is limited and therefore any breakages during delivery cannot be replaced.

Bath Rugby Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

The result of the Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
