Bath Rugby Foundation is looking to recruit a full-time, Alternative Learning Supervisor to join our team and help us to change the lives of young people across B&NES. 

Reporting to and working with the Alternative Learning Officer, the Alternative Learning Supervisor must have a can-do attitude and work calmly under pressure as part of a team environment. Being able to relate to young people and demonstrate listening skills without judgment is critical to the role. Being able to utilise time to great affect through planning and communication and ensuring attention to safety critical activities is also vital.
