Guy Hogg gives up beer (for a few hours) to take part in Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz

As you are probably aware I do like a beer from time to time. However, this has not interfered (too much) with my training for the Vitoria-Gasteiz IRONMAN which takes place on 14th July 2019 in Spain. Take a few moments to make a donation and guess my finishing time, (I'm hopeful of finishing on the same day I start).
