If you're aged 16-25 and looking for support in finding a job, getting back into education, or starting training, this is for you. Whether you're not currently in education, employment, or training (NEET) and finding it hard to get started, we're here to help.

When: Drop-in sessions every Tuesday 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Where: Bath Rec Sports Hub, North Parade Road, Bath BA2 4ET 

Come along, meet like-minded people, and get personalised support to help you on your path to employment or education. You don’t need to be registered with the DWP - just show up, and we'll take care of the rest.

What to expect

You'll meet friendly professionals from Bath Rugby Foundation (BRF), who will offer you the guidance and resources you need to take the next step. Whether you're interested in education, employment, or training, we’ll help you find the right path.

How can we help you?

For young people aged 16-25 who live in B&NES, Bristol and South Gloucestershire who would like to be in work or training but have struggled to find where they fit. The drop-in sessions helps young people identify their prospects and improve their self-confidence starting with engagements through physical activity. 

These drop-in sessions includes indoor and outdoor based learning and aims to inspire learners in both a group setting and individually. We will work with you to build you a bespoke programme. 

Drop-in sessions are hosted at The Hub every Tuesday from 14:30pm-15:30pm where we work with the students on:

  • Participation in team sports to meet new people
  • Engagement
  • Confidence building
  • Introduction to employers
  • CV support and skills acquisition
  • Potential fast track to working for Bath Rugby bars on match days (during the season)

Advantage is a collaborative programme with Bath Rugby Foundation, B&NES Council and WECA. Thanks to WECA and UKSPF funding, we are able to offer our Advantage programme to all 16-25-year-olds not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), or at risk of being NEET.
