Work with Us Schools Reengagement Mentor Title: Schools Reengagement MentorContract type: Permanent Hours: 37.5Salary band: £22,000 - £26,000 (based on experience)Reporting to: Schools Reengagement ManagerLocations: Trowbridge (Wiltshire), Bath and Midsomer Norton (BANES) We are seeking a dedicated Schools Reengagement Mentor to deliver safe and effective programmes to students at our Engage hubs in Trowbridge, Bath, and Midsomer Norton. You will play a crucial role in leading PHSE, sports, and social curriculums, ensuring students receive tailored and inclusive sessions that promote growth and learning. Programme Quality & Delivery Deliver: High-quality PHSE, social curriculum, and sports sessions tailored to the students' needs. Responsible for: Planning engaging sessions and preparing schemes of work, including necessary risk assessments. Safeguarding, Risk & Compliance Ensure: Compliance with safeguarding, health and safety standards, and organisational policies at all times. Finance, Data & Impact Responsible for: Recording student attendance and supporting data collection processes. Maintain: Equipment used in all sessions, ensuring good condition for student activities. Partnerships & Profile Lead: The development of positive relationships with students and local schools to foster collaboration. Responsible for: Promoting student journeys, sessions, and content in partnership with the Communications Manager. Deliver: Positive representation of our Foundation within the community as a role model and ambassador. General Responsibilities Participate: In regular one-to-one meetings with the Community Manager for progress tracking and development opportunities. Qualifications Essential: Current safeguarding and first aid certification (or willingness to complete training). Level 2 Coaching Qualification and/or relevant youth work and mentoring qualifications. Additional Requirements Applicants must hold a full and clean UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
