Easter Advantage is a two-day programme designed to support young people aged 16-21 who are thinking about their future - whether that’s education, employment, or training. Course details Dates: Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th AprilTime: 10:00am - 2:00pmLocation: Bath Rec Sports Hub, North Parade Road, Bath, BA2 4ETCost: £50 for the full two-day course Who is it for? This course is ideal for young people aged 16–21 who: Are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), or feel at risk of becoming NEET Want support figuring out their next steps Would benefit from building confidence, motivation, and key life skills What to expect Over the two days, participants will take part in a mix of engaging activities designed to build confidence, develop skills, and explore future opportunities. They will: Take part in team-based sports and activities Build confidence and communication skills Explore education, training, and employment pathways Receive guidance on CV writing and interview skills Work experience opportunities over the two days Meet supportive and experienced staff from Bath Rugby Foundation Our sessions combine physical activity with practical learning, helping young people feel more confident, motivated, and ready to take their next step.
