Fun, energetic dance classes for SEN children and young adults. 

A great opportunity to learn new dance moves in a safe space whilst making friends and developing social skills.

Our Hi5! Dance are a fun way for children and young adults with disabilities to be physically active and move around, helping to tackle obesity and improving overall health.

These sessions also provide the opportunity for participants to make new friends outside of school and develop life and social skills from a young age, creating independence and building confidence.
