About this course 

The City & Guilds Level 2 in Employability Skills is a one-year programme, designed to support you in developing the skills and attitudes valued by employers today. 

This qualification enables you to select from a wide range of topics/skills, enabling you to progress onto employment or further learning, whilst allowing you to spend time working within the community to develop your skills for future employment. An enhanced knowledge and ability, utilising wider key skills, including:

This qualification is designed to support you to successfully gain employment within a chosen field, prepare them for further study, grow confidence, develop life skills and gain independence.

Skills you will learn include:

Money management, time management, teamwork skills, equality and diversity, understanding conflict in the workplace, mentoring, coaching, leadership, communication in the workplace, healthy living, making applications, career progression and interview skills.
