What to expect at Eat Active PRE-ARRIVAL All families must pre book via the Eat Active registration form available here two days in advance of session All families must return their Covid-19 self-declaration form via email or phone to lead Bath Rugby Foundation coach ARRIVAL ON SITE Once families have been allocated their time slot, they will arrive no earlier than FIVE MINUTES before start time and will wait a safe distance away from other families before being called through by their allocated coach. Coach will then deliver health and safety guidance to families before delivering chosen activity. All children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian CHOSEN ACTIVITY Chose activities will be delivered in groups of no more than six including the coach/ playworker All equipment will be cleaned before and after every individual use FOOD NUTRITION TASK Families will get to enjoy a simple food nutrition task from creating fruit kebabs to tasting new vegetables for the first time Coaches/playworkers will be wearing face masks and gloves when delivering this activity COOKED MEAL Families will get to enjoy a cooked meal in a safe place outside (weather permitting) or indoors in a socially distanced, safe place Disposable plates, cutlery and cups will be used for each meal CLEAN UP We will appreciate if families could clear their area after use, ready for the coaches/ playworkers to clean down for next groups MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING Social distancing between families, and between the coach and families must be maintained at all times One-way systems will be introduced at each site to avoid crossing over of participants HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE Bath Rugby Foundation will ensure usual access to first aid and emergency equipment is maintained Hand hygiene is imperative - use alcohol gel to clean your hands after touching a shared surface. Anti-bacterial gel will be allocated to each coach/ play worker at a session. If a participant or member of staff at Summer Break Out develops symptoms of Covid-19, they should be directed to follow the Government’s ‘test and trace’ guidelines, which can be read on the Gov.uk website here. Parents will be asked if toilets can be cleaned after each use from their children and Summer Break Out staff will clean each hour.
